There was an amazing turn out for the Faith and Community Out Front event on October 17th. Here are a few pictures from the event. All photos have been collected via facebook from attendees.

Using a small standby generator for electricity during an outage can keep your home and business running smoothly. Find tips in order to run your generator safely and properly by visiting our generator safety page.
Don’t Be in the Dark
Hazardous weather conditions and high winds are two common causes for power outages. PAUMA CASINO WORKERS DELIVER PETITIONS TO CASINO MANAGEMENT
Wednesday, October 9, 2013
For nearly a year Pauma Casino Workers have been organizing for a voice on the job. On Wednesday, October 9th ICWJ faith leaders and members are invited to join workers as they present signed petitions to the tribal leadership and casino management. This is the first time workers will publicly request a fair process to decide whether to have union representation without management interference and intimidation. With this action, casino management will know which workers are supporting the organizing efforts – placing these courageous workers at risk of retaliation. It is important for people of faith to be present, bear witness, and voice our support of workers.
Your presence strengthens workers
